Terms of Service

The service

CLOCKREX (by TYREXCO) is a calendar aggregation service. We read meeting invites from your connected email accounts and help you respond via the iTIP protocol. We do not send email on your behalf beyond iTIP replies that you explicitly trigger.

Your responsibilities

• · Only connect accounts you own or have legitimate access to.
• · Keep your credentials secure — we encrypt them but you are responsible for your passwords.
• · Do not use CLOCKREX to send spam or unsolicited calendar replies.
• · Comply with the terms of the email providers you connect (e.g. Google, Microsoft).

Availability

CLOCKREX is provided as-is during the pre-MVP beta phase. We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. Free-tier accounts may be subject to sync interval limitations.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination all your data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
